  1. I am having a hard time getting employers to respond to the messages I sent for applications.

I do not understand the key words section of the profile. Could someone please explain that?

    Thank you

    • Hello Basetsana,

The keywords are words that you can put on your profile so when employers do a keyword search, your profile comes up in their search. For example, if you enter a keyword “patience” or “grammar master”, employers who search for this will see your profile.

To enter up to 10 keywords, login to your account and go to “profile”. Click on “modify” under the “key words tab”. There you can enter any 10 words you like. There are examples on the bottom of the page.
